The purpose of this Enrollment Agreement Amendment is to change status of Batch 15 (“B15”) students from onsite to online for the remainder of the program period (2 months). This amendment therefore adjusts the Tuition Payment Schedule. This amendment changes the amount per payment made; the total number of payments shall remain the same. This amendment does not change the dates payments are due. All other provisions from the Enrollment Agreement remain in effect. The terms of this amendment are not final until Student provides countersignature.
TUITION PAYMENT SCHEDULE EFFECTIVE ON APRIL 1, 2020
Payments must be made by the due date. In the event that Student fails to make any payment by the due date, and the invoice remains past due for 7 or more days, Cybertek may, in its sole discretion, terminate the Student’s enrollment unless a written payment arrangement is signed by both parties. Every returned electronic ACH check payment shall be subject to fees as allowed by applicable state law. In addition, access to all class materials such as Canvas, online webinars and Campus entrance will be removed until any such returned payment is paid. ATTENTION: Cybertek has outsourced all accounting, financial services, and card payment systems to third-party service providers using Intuit enterprise software. Using this enterprise software, Cybertek will maintain and is able to access records of all Student financial transactions for a period of three (3) years.
